Booking and Payment

Booking: To book a session, you must complete the booking process through our website or via direct communication. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the date and time of your session.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via PayPal and major debit/credit cards through Stripe. Additional payment options may also be listed at checkout. All fees are quoted in GBP, and you are responsible for any transaction fees, if applicable.

Prices: Prices may vary based on the type of session (e.g., initial consultation, follow-up, or discounted services). Any price changes will be communicated to you prior to booking.

Virtual and In-Person Sessions

Virtual Sessions: For virtual dog training, you must ensure that you have access to a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera, and the necessary software or application (e.g., Zoom). We are not responsible for any technical issues that prevent a session from taking place due to your equipment or connectivity issues. If you have concerns about using the software, we encourage you to contact us to avoid issues.

In-Person Sessions: In-person training sessions are available only in Kent and the local areas. If the session takes place in your home, you are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for the session, including a secure space for your dog.
Client Responsibilities

Your Dog’s Well-Being: You are responsible for ensuring that your dog is in good health and well-cared-for. If your dog has any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special needs, please inform us before the session.

Training Environment: You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate training environment. For in-person sessions, this includes ensuring that the location is safe and free from hazards.

Communication: You agree to follow our training advice and to communicate openly about any challenges or concerns during the training process. We are here to guide and support you, but your active participation is essential to your dog’s progress.
Liability

Limitations of Liability: While we strive to provide high-quality dog training services, we cannot guarantee specific results. The success of training depends on various factors, including your dog’s temperament, previous experiences, and your consistency in following our guidance.

Health and Safety: You acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with dog training, including injury to the dog or people. You agree to release Dog and Yogi from any liability for such injuries or damages that may occur during training sessions.
Confidentiality and Data Protection

Personal Information: We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process or through our services will be used solely for the purpose of providing the services you request. Recording Sessions: In-person and virtual training sessions may be recorded for the purpose of providing you with feedback or improving our services. By booking a session, you consent to these recordings. We will notify you if we intend to record a session and, if agreed, request your consent each time a session is recorded.

Respectful Behaviour: We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards us, our staff, and other clients. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.

Dog’s Behaviour: We reserve the right to discontinue a session if we feel that your dog is dangerous, aggressive, or beyond the remit of our services. We encourage all clients to determine if this may apply, before booking. In such cases, a refund may be provided if we feel that there is no fault of the client and all information was provided fairly ahead of the session.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the update date.
Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England.
Members Area Access and Usage

Access: Access to the members area is available only to registered users who have completed the setup process. Upon approval, members will receive login credentials to access exclusive content and resources.

Usage: Content provided in the members area is for personal use only and should not be redistributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
