Step 1: Getting Ready
You’ll need the following to join our Google Meet session:

A Google account (free to create at accounts.google.com).

A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone.

Step 2: Joining the Meeting
Here’s how to join your scheduled meeting with us:

Open the Google Meet link we sent you via email.

Click “Join Now” when the meeting page opens.

Allow camera and microphone permissions when prompted.

Step 3: Meeting Tools

Mute/Unmute Your Microphone
Click the microphone icon to mute or unmute yourself. -
Turn Your Camera On/Off
Use the camera icon to control your video feed.

Step 4: Wrapping Up the Call
To leave the meeting, simply click the red phone icon at the bottom of the screen. That’s it!
