£85 | 1 hour For those who prefer hands-on, in-person training, this 1-hour session offers the expert guidance you need in the comfort of your own home. Available in Kent and local areas (subject to availability), this session provides personalized, one-on-one training to address specific behavioural concerns, build new skills, and strengthen the bond between you and your dog. You’ll receive a practical mix of theory and exercises that can be immediately applied in your dog's environment. Sessions can take place at your home, local park, or another preferred location. For some behaviour issues, this may not be suitable—we’ll discuss this beforehand, so feel free to email before booking if unsure. Please note we’re unable to offer transport to or from sessions. Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment 1. Booking Requirement: Sessions must be booked at least three days before the scheduled class time. 2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds We know life can get in the way, and we aim to be fair and flexible within reason. If you have concerns about whether or not you will be able to attend an upcoming session, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancellation/Rescheduling by You: ---You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule sessions with less than 24 hours' notice. Please note: Rescheduled bookings may not be eligible for further rescheduling. Should you later cancel a rescheduled booking, you may not be eligible for a full or partial refund. ---You can cancel your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total session cost. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund.
