£110 | 1 hour For those who prefer hands-on, in-person training, this 1-hour session offers the expert guidance you need in the comfort of your own home. Available in Kent and local areas (subject to availability), this session provides personalized, one-on-one training to address specific behavioural concerns, build new skills, and strengthen the bond between you and your dog. You’ll receive a practical mix of theory and exercises that can be immediately applied in your dog's environment. Why book this session? Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment 1. Booking Requirement: Sessions must be booked at least three days before the scheduled class time. 2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds 1. Cancellation/Rescheduling by You: ---You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule sessions with less than 24 hours' notice. Classes rescheduled within this timeframe may not be eligible for a full or partial refund. ---You can cancel your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total session cost. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund.
