£65 | 1 hour This one-hour session is your starting point for a tailored training journey. It’s a blend of theoretical learning and practical exercises to develop both you and your dog’s skills. Together, we’ll assess your dog’s needs, identify any challenges, and create a personalized plan designed to build a strong bond based on trust and understanding. Why book this session? You’ll be guided through both theory and hands-on techniques to ensure you gain a deeper understanding of your dog’s behaviour and how to communicate effectively. Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment 1. Booking Requirement: Sessions must be booked at least three days before the scheduled class time. 2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds 1. Cancellation/Rescheduling by You: ---You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule sessions with less than 24 hours' notice. Classes rescheduled within this timeframe may not be eligible for a full or partial refund. ---You can cancel your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total session cost. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund.
